An iconic brochure, for an iconic luxury condominium in the heart of Manhattan. We produced a wide range of products including, branded umbrella’s, bespoke bags, floor plans, envelopes, stationery, tissue paper and brochure boxes.

Savile Row Pinstripe Blue was used for brochure box covering and floor plan envelopes. The main brochure is covered in a plush Xian Silk which is then finished with a silver foil. The stunning CGI’s and lifestyle photography looked magnificent due to the K-Bind® method, allowing them to be viewed fully over a double page spread. Numerous throw-out spreads were used, further enhancing the amazing panoramic photography.
