Ko’ula

Ko’ula

Proud to have worked with Howard Hughes Corp. on their fourth brochure for the Ward Village development in Honolulu. Ko’ula means red cane sugar. The buildings shape is an homage to the plant that is both its namesake and architect Jeanne Gang’s inspiration for this residential structure. Twisting as it rises 41 stories skyward. We are extremely proud of the marketing book we printed for this development along with a full collateral of material like bags, floor plans, stationery and a small giveaway brochure. The cover of the main brochure is a stunning deep deboss replicating the exterior architecture.
